Custom website design & development

A personalized website built for your business.

Your website should present the business with the same care and professionalism you bring to the work itself. That requires more than choosing a template and filling in a few pages.

Typical investment · $3,500–$15,000

Start with the customer

Understand the decision before designing the page.

People arrive with a need, a concern and a set of unanswered questions. We identify what they need to understand, what may prevent them from acting and what makes your business the credible choice.

Those insights guide the writing, navigation, visual hierarchy and calls to action. The finished website does not simply describe your company. It helps a prospective customer decide what to do next.

What goes into the website

Everything your website needs, working together.

A weakness in any one of these areas can undermine an otherwise attractive website.

Discovery & strategy

Your business, customers, competition, current assets and practical goals define the direction.

Structure & content

The page plan and writing answer real buying questions rather than reading like a company brochure.

Custom visual design

Typography, colour, imagery and layout reflect your brand instead of an off-the-shelf industry demo.

WordPress development

The design is built responsively and cleanly using the right mix of proven tools and custom code.

Foundational SEO

Page structure, headings, metadata, internal links and technical crawlability are built into the website from the start.

Testing & launch

Forms, important customer paths and responsive layouts are checked before the site replaces the old one.

WordPress specialists

Flexible ownership with a custom design.

WordPress gives an established business control, a mature ecosystem and room to grow. The platform does not determine the appearance. The design and customer experience do.

We can work within Beaver Builder, Elementor, Divi and other established WordPress setups, or build custom functionality when a plugin cannot responsibly handle the requirement.

A website may include

  • Contact and quote forms
  • Booking and scheduling tools
  • Email and CRM connections
  • Location or service-area pages
  • Custom content and data features
  • AI-assisted enquiry workflows

Evidence in the work

Frequently asked

Before you invest in a custom website

How much does a small-business website cost?

Most TCW Marketing website projects range from $3,500 to $15,000, with many established small-business websites falling between $5,500 and $8,500. Page depth, content, locations, integrations and custom functionality determine the final scope.

Will my website be custom-designed?

Yes. The page structure, content direction and visual design are developed around your brand, services and customers. We use proven WordPress tools behind the scenes, but your website is not an industry template with different colours and a new logo.

Can you help write the website content?

Yes. Content support can include research, organization, rewriting and identifying what is missing. Your knowledge provides the substance; we shape it into clear service-page content that answers customer questions and supports the decision to contact you.

Is foundational SEO included with website design?

Yes. Every new website includes foundational on-page SEO as part of the design and development process. That includes a logical page structure, unique titles and descriptions, clear headings, internal links, mobile-friendly development and crawlable pages. TCW Marketing does not sell ongoing SEO or visibility campaigns as a separate service.

How long does a custom website take?

A focused website commonly takes three to four weeks. Larger websites or projects involving extensive content, multiple locations, integrations or custom development generally take six to eight weeks or longer.

Do you only build WordPress websites?

WordPress is the primary platform and the best fit for most projects we accept. We work with Beaver Builder, Elementor, Divi and other established tools, and add custom development when ordinary functionality is not enough.

Will I be able to update the website?

Yes. Appropriate routine changes can be demonstrated so you or your team can manage them internally. If you prefer not to handle updates, ongoing revision and maintenance support is available.
