Request a website proposal
Start with a website project discovery meeting.
Meet with Clinton on Zoom to discuss your business, the website you need, your preferred timing and the details required to prepare a useful proposal. The conversation focuses on understanding the project. Pricing and the recommended scope are presented later with the proposal.

Who you will meet
Meet directly with Clinton.
Your discovery meeting is with Clinton Dixson, TCW Marketing's lead designer and website architect. He leads the conversation, prepares your proposal and presents it to you personally.
Before the meeting
What to bring to the conversation.
You do not need a finished page list or technical specification. The purpose of discovery is to ask the right questions, understand what the website must accomplish and turn those answers into a practical scope of work.
It helps to have:
- Your current website URL, if you have one
- The goals you want the new website to accomplish
- The services your business offers
- A basic understanding of the audience you want to reach
- A wish list of functionality, content or website features
- Your preferred launch timing and any important dates or events
- The names of anyone else involved in the project or final decision
A budget is not required for this meeting. If your business already has one in mind, you are welcome to share it.
Choose a meeting time
Book your Zoom discovery meeting.
Select a time that works for you. The booking calendar will guide you through the available appointments and meeting details.
If the calendar does not appear, open the booking calendar in a new window.
What happens in the meeting
A focused conversation that helps define the project.
The initial meeting is about understanding the work. Pricing is prepared afterward and presented with the completed proposal.
Your business and services
We will discuss what the business offers, where it operates, who it serves and what prospective customers need to understand before contacting you.
Your goals and current starting point
We will review the existing website when there is one, the reason for the project and the business outcomes the new website should support.
Pages, features and connections
Your functionality wish list, forms, booking tools, CRM connections, automation ideas, content and other practical requirements help define what belongs in the project.
Timing and decision process
We will discuss the preferred launch timing, important dates and events, and anyone else who should be involved before the project moves ahead.
After discovery
Your proposal is prepared, then presented personally.
The discovery meeting provides the information needed to define the scope and expected timeline. Investment is not quoted during that first call. It is calculated as the proposal is prepared so the number reflects the work being recommended.
Discovery meeting
We ask questions, understand the project and gather the information needed to shape the work.
Proposal preparation
The recommended scope, timeline, investment and payment structure are assembled into a clear proposal.
Proposal presentation
Clinton presents the recommended scope, project timeline and pricing, confirms they meet your needs, answers questions and helps you decide whether to proceed.
When the proposal is accepted, the agreement is completed and the website project can move into scheduling and kickoff.
