Curiosity that became a career
Building for the web since before Google existed.
Clinton began building websites in 1997 while studying engineering at UBC. The commercial internet was still young: websites were written directly in basic HTML, layouts relied on tables and even ordinary visual effects required experimentation.
What started as curiosity became a lasting interest in understanding how websites work and how they can help a business grow. In 2007, Clinton taught introductory web design at the Centre for Arts and Technology in Kelowna. The tools have changed dramatically since then. The habit of learning how systems work and how to make them work better has not.
